Jane came to me with a clear sense of who she was and how she wanted to show up online and wanting to build her nutrition and wellness brand from the ground up. Her vision was a brand that felt as gentle and considered as her approach to client work, stepping away from the heavily styled food photography and aspirational body imagery that so often dominates the wellness space.

Together, we developed a website built around outcome-focused packages, shaped by the real results Jane had already been getting with her clients. The navigation was kept simple and intuitive, making it easy for visitors to find what they needed and understand what working with Jane actually looks like.

At the heart of the brand is Jane's own story, her experience living with a chronic health condition gave her both the empathy and the expertise that sets her apart. We wove that personal narrative through her online presence in a way that feels authentic rather than performative, building trust with the kind of clients who are the right fit for her work.

Alongside the website and brand, we put in place a marketing and social media strategy, email marketing, and automation to support her business as it grows giving Jane a joined-up system that works for her, not the other way around.

Tony had the expertise, the passion, and a diary full of work, but not quite the right work. His time was being taken up by standard garden maintenance when what he really wanted was to spend more of it doing what he loves: creating ponds, meadows and bogs that help give back some of the wildlife and nature the UK has lost over the last 70 years.

His original website had plenty of information but it was dense, hard to navigate, and not working hard enough for him. I started by carrying out in-depth keyword research and SEO development to understand what potential clients were actually searching for, then distilled Tony's years of knowledge down into the content that would genuinely move the needle.

The new site strikes a balance between promoting Tony's services and educating visitors about the value of wildlife gardening. His past projects take centre stage, the different types of habitat are clearly defined, and a blog section gives Tony a space to publish the well-researched, beautifully written pieces he's always produced naturally. His own wildlife photography runs throughout, giving the site an authenticity no stock image library could match.

With the website in place, I developed a marketing strategy built entirely around Tony's strengths. Rather than pushing him into a social media content schedule that didn't suit him, I focused on traditional marketing methods that played to what he's genuinely good at. Every decision came from conversations with Tony, this was a strategy built with him, not handed to him.

Spiritual Spa

Nicky's website had been live for six years but was effectively invisible with little to no traffic, and no leads coming through. A closer look revealed a number of technical issues affecting both the site itself and its SEO, so that's where we began.

Working closely with Nicky to understand her goals and the direction she wanted to take her business, the site content was completely rewritten. Navigation was restructured to make it more intuitive for new visitors, and her beautiful healing space in Dorset was given the prominence it deserves. The booking system was streamlined alongside the service navigation, making it far easier for people unfamiliar with spiritual healing to understand what Nicky offers and how to take that first step.

Getting the feel of a site like this right matters enormously, and the feedback from people who reviewed it during testing said it all. Users said the site perfectly reflected Nicky, and that it had a beautiful energy. Capturing the essence of what Spiritual Spa is about was just as important as the technical work.

Nicky's client reviews are genuinely moving and it's clear from them how profoundly her work changes people's lives, so rather than tucking them away, those sentiments were woven through the whole site to do the talking they deserve to do.

Work on the commercial side of the business is ongoing. We're currently developing a members-only area for Nicky's meditation group and building out outcome-focused packages that better demonstrate the full value of what she offers. In the meantime, the results speak for themselves: within the first two weeks of the new site going live, Nicky received four new enquiries without doing any additional marketing.
