Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, which is why we offer a 14-day refund window subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Online Courses & Digital Products

Our courses are designed to provide immediate value. To prevent the misuse of intellectual property while remaining fair to our students:

Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed or downloaded more than 20% of the course content.

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course portal, community groups, and any downloadable materials will be revoked immediately.

2. Marketing Consultancy Services

Consultancy involves dedicated professional time and scheduling. The 14-day policy for services is handled as follows:

If you purchase a consultancy package and change your mind within 14 days of purchase, and before any sessions have taken place, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

If you request a refund within the 14-day window but work has already begun (e.g., an audit has been performed or a strategy session has been held), the refund will be pro-rated. You will be refunded the total amount minus the standard hourly rate for work already completed.

If you book a rush service to be delivered within 48 hours, you waive the right to a 14-day cooling-off period once the work has started.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Feedback: While not required, we appreciate a brief explanation of why the service or course wasn't the right fit so we can improve.

4. Processing Times

Once approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 3 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes

Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, a refund request within the 14-day window will cancel all future installments and refund any payments made to date (subject to the terms in Section 1 and 2).

Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Baseless chargebacks are treated as a violation of our Terms of Service.
