By accessing our website, purchasing our courses, or engaging in our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Digital Barista provides:
Educational Content: Self-paced or cohort-based online courses.
Consultancy: Professional marketing advice, strategy sessions, and implementation support.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including course videos, worksheets, templates, and proprietary strategy frameworks, are the intellectual property of Digital Barista.
License: You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our course materials or consultancy deliverables without express written consent.
3. Professional Disclaimer & No Guarantees
While we strive to provide high-quality strategies, marketing is subject to external factors (market shifts, platform algorithm changes, etc.).
Results: We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, traffic increases, or sales targets.
Responsibility: You acknowledge that the implementation of any advice provided is at your own risk. Digital Barista is not liable for any business losses incurred.
4. Payment & Fees
Payment: Fees for courses must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected. Consultancy fees are invoiced as per the signed Service Agreement.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to courses or pause consultancy services if payments are overdue by more than 5 days.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our 14-Day Refund Policy. Please refer to the specific Refund Policy document for detailed eligibility requirements regarding course progress and pro-rated consultancy fees.
6. Client Conduct
For consultancy and community-based courses, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment of staff or other students.
Spamming or unauthorized solicitation within our private groups.
Sharing account login credentials with third parties.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Barista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
